Dear Community Volunteers,

Thank you so much for the beautiful new look along Main Street (and the Jacob Edwards Library) that rings in the seasonal cheer.  Mr. Rudi DiGregorio & George Parent, The Future of Southbridge, The Physical Improvements Committee of the Downtown Partnership, The Southbridge Garden Club and other volunteers. It looks so warm and welcoming! Thank you again for all you do for Southbridge. I just love how Main Street looks!

I heard a comment from a friend who rode through Southbridge one night recently and commented that it looked very nice all lit up for the holidays. Kudos to everyone who is working on all that – it is being noticed.

Dear Dick,
 
I just returned from a visit to Southbridge and wanted to say how impressed I was with the windows on Main Street: particularly Memorial Hall.
 
I think you have all done a wonderful job and a great serviced to the community.
 
While I was working in the building, I noted many people walking past stop and look at the display.
The street as a whole looked more occupied and active: fantastic.

 I just wanted to tell you that I can’t remember the last time that our downtown area has looked as festive as it does currently.  Not everyone makes it down to the Town Common, it was great to see our core area downtown looking as appealing as the common does.
